Cascadia Rambler Revival

Project Scope

An aging Tacoma rambler suffered a severe fire and was fully gutted. Once opened, we found old plank-style framing—irregular and out of plane—so we laser-mapped, shimmed, and sistered as needed, then hung drywall with strategic layouts and Level-4/5 finishes. We sprayed it an orange peel texture, completed interior priming and topcoats, and performed targeted exterior repainting. A few hairline cracks appeared later due to the home’s movement and legacy framing; we returned immediately at no charge to reinforce, re-float, re-texture, and re-paint. The result: dead-level walls and ceilings, clean uniform texture, a flawless paint finish, and very happy homeowners.
