Project Scope
Our team supported a Seattle, WA coffee shop tenant improvement as a subcontractor, providing full-scope drywall installation, taping/finishing, and interior painting. We coordinated with the GC and other trades to keep the schedule tight, protected adjacent fixtures and slab during finishing, and delivered a smooth, commercial-grade finish ready for build-out. The result is a bright, durable envelope that stands up to daily traffic while showcasing the café’s natural light and ceiling lines.
